Perfect for active groups and families seeking fun! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests in a peaceful wooded setting. The master bedroom features a luxury Sleep Number king-size bed with Tempur-Pedic pillows for ultimate comfort, while all other bedrooms include hotel-style pillows and bedding. The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable living area with smart TV, and dining space perfect for group meals. Each bedroom has individual climate control for personalized comfort. Special features include an arcade game for entertainment, giant Yahtzee for group fun, pickleball rackets (courts on-site), books and puzzles for quiet time, cozy fire pit area for evening gatherings, and a private deck with grill and outdoor seating. Located in a private community with exclusive access to resort-style amenities. Guests have access to the entire house (except owner's storage closet) and all exclusive community amenities including: private sandy beach and lake (5-minute drive), tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with pool table, foosball, games and library and playground. Private driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. Guest wristbands and car tags provided for community access. Please note: • Sports Equipment: We have 4 Pickleball rackets and 2 balls at the house, please bring your own equipment for tennis, basketball and volleyball courts if interested in playing. • The golf cart on property is not in service. We offer self check-in with a smart lock for your convenience. While we're not on-site, we're always available by message to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with any needs during your stay. We typically respond within an hour and love sharing our favorite local spots and activities. We want you to feel at home while respecting your privacy and independence. Local conveniences include Weis Markets (15 min), Wawa (10 min), and various restaurants within a short drive. A car is recommended for exploring the area. The house is centrally located with easy access to major attractions: - 15 minutes to Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski areas - 15 minutes to Kalahari Waterpark - 20 minutes to Mount Airy Casino - 30 minutes to historic Jim Thorpe - 10 minutes to Pocono Raceway Parking for up to 6 vehicles in private driveway. GPS works well to the property. The community beach and amenities are a 5-minute drive from the house with ample parking available. The property is in a natural wooded setting where guests may occasionally see deer, bears, and typical woodland wildlife. Animals generally keep their distance. Please store food and scented items indoors and do not feed wildlife. Access involves 3 sets of wooden exterior steps to reach the wrap around porch, plus interior steps to the second-floor bedrooms. We have 2 exterior security cameras: one at the front entrance and one at the back door for property security - no interior spaces are monitored. This is a no-pet property to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Primary booker must be 25 years or older and present during the entire stay. Valid government-issued ID may be requested.
